What is personal training?
Personal training is a series of highly individual, professionally guided one-on-one training units that are flexible in terms of time and location. During this one-to-one care become fitness, health and progress of clients continuously monitored and analyzed.

The anamnesis
In order to ensure safe and goal-oriented training, it is essential to take an anamnesis. The client's state of health, lifestyle and training goals are inquired about. Also blood pressure, heart rate, weight, BMI, body fat and body circumferences are measured. So on the one hand, a more precise health picture can be generated, and on the other hand, the determined values can be used for later success control. Based on the anamnesis, a n individual and holistic training program can be designed.
Structure of a training session
A training session of 60 minutes is usually divided into the phases of warm-up, main part and cool-down. To comes the warm up. The client is prepared for the upcoming training. The main part follows. This is where the actual training takes place, with strength training being the primary focus. You train with training devices, weights, small equipment (for example TRX) and your own body weight. The end of the training session is the Cool down, in which body and mind are shut down again.

How much does personal training cost?
The price of a training session is 28,000 forints, of a detailed anamnesis 18,000 forints. Fees for any visits to the gym are also be paid by the client. However, tips on training and nutrition as well as re-checks are free of charge. Also a phone service especially for my clients, whereby any questions about training or nutrition can be clarified at any time.
